Makes 16 blondies
Ingredients:
- 4oz butter
- 2oz caster sugar
- 2oz soft brown sugar
- 100g white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 4oz plain flour
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Beat together sugar, eggs and butter
- Sift in the flour
- Chop the white chocolate into chunks and stir into mix
- Bake for 30 minutes
